Le Calendre Amarone della Valpolicella Classico 2017

The 2017 Amarone della Valpolicella classico is a blend of Corvina and Corvinone 70% – Rondinella 25″ and Molinara 5%. After picking the grapes are partially dried for 120 days. Soft pressing and on skins macerations in stainless steel tanks follows. Large oak tonneau are used for the 18-24 months ageing process.
