Anne et Jean-Francois Ganevat Cotes du Jura 'En Billat' 2018

Savagnin En Billat is made entirely from Savagnin grown on shale and marl in Grusse and Saint Laurent La Roche, on the En Billat plot. It is vinified without sulphiting, with indigenous yeasts. The aging lasts 48 months on the lees in an amphora.
