Sangiovese is one of the great red grapes of the wine world. It is renowned for its grippy structure and bright acidity and is responsible for many of the legendary wines of Tuscany, including Brunello and Chianti. It also holds the honor of being the most planted red grape of Italy. 

For this session, we will be delving deep into the grape, its history, its many faces, and the many wines that it defines.
