The debut vintage made by Fresne, with all three varieties – 37% each of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay with 26% Meunier – harvested in Sermiers; 70% of the wine is based on the 2020 vintage, while the 30% of older wines are from a perpetual reserve of wines from 2015 to 2019, her ‘only legacy’ from her father’s winemaking. Vinified entirely in stainless steel, with a tiny dosage of 2g/L. Faint notes of fresh, ripe apple flesh on the nose, the palate vivid and fresh with frothy foam revealing a trace of rye crumb and lemony freshness, finishing bone-dry and clean.
