From Xinomavro sourced predominantly from the warmer Trilofos region, with the balance from the cooler Fytia lending freshness and structure, the 2022 provides a fleshier and fruiter expression compared to the more tannic 2021, with flavours of dark cherry, tea and smoke notes.
