This wine showcases all that we love about this variety: energy, richness, and a minutes-long finish. Clean aromas of just picked green apple and fresh lemon lead the way, quickly giving way to more complex notes of lemongrass and subtle vanilla. A rich and round palate is wiped away by currents of vibrant acidity, leaving a wake of honey and toasted hazelnut amid flavors of under-ripe pineapple and fresh peach.
