A master at work. Benchmark white wine, not just Aligoté. A wine that makes investing in high end Burgundy glasses seem like a good idea, cleaning aside. It needs plenty of air but my lord, are you rewarded. There's opulence but it's all in check, just how we like it. Effortless consumption.
