There is a beautiful harmony in this white, between the well-defined flavors of apricot, cantaloupe, baked pear and allspice, and its prominent acidity that lends it a vivid structure. The texture is sleek and the finish is long, luscious and filled with marzipan paste. It is so delicious now, but with 5-10 years, this will be a real beauty.
