The Eyrie Vineyards Trousseau, Dundee Hills 2016

The grapes come from the Sisters vineyard, from a block planted in 2012 (Willamette Valley’s first) in volcanic basalt soil, overlain with a thin layer of granitic sediments. The wines spends 6 months in neutral French oak, no added sulfur.
