Anne et Jean-François Ganevat 'La Colline des Dames' Pinot Noir, Vin de France NV (2022)

Anne and Jean-François Ganevat surprise fans with this Jura wine made from Pinot-Noir vinification. Cultivated according to organic principles, it is then vinified in a very natural way. Alcoholic fermentation was carried out using native yeasts and the wine was bottled without adding sulphite, fining or filtration. The result is a lovely vintage to savor with friends for its deliciousness and more than seductive crunch.

100% Pinot Noir from Alsace but finished in the Jura.
