The 2022 Chablis Blanchots Grand Cru has a delectable bouquet of white peach, Vervane, crushed stone and delicate yellow plum aromas. It displays poise and refinement in spades (more than the Valmur). The palate is very well balanced, with real intensity and drive, surfeit with energy and with a pixelated finish that is magnificent. One of the Domaine's top wines in 2022.
