The 2012 Extra Brut Blanc de Noirs Noces de Craie Grand Cru is a new wine from Marc Hébrart made from the Cheuzelles, Longchamps, Pruche, Chauffour and Pierre-Robert lieux-dits, all of which are planted on chalk in Aÿ. Strikingly pure and delineated, the Noces de Craie shows the translucence that these sites in Aÿ are capable of. Sweet floral notes lift over the sublime finish. Dosage is 5 grams per liter.
