Passione Assoluta is a Veronese style red wine expressing the love and passion for traditions. The grapes are an example of “passione” of the men for the nature and the territory. The wine is medium bodied, fruity, elegant velvety tannins with a delicate roundedness from the
Merlot grape. Hints of ripe fruits and berries. After a slow fermentation, the wine matures for an additional 6 months in oak barrels.
