Phelan Farm's Scythians label is devoted to representing lost and forgotten historic Californian vineyards. This one comes from a 100+ year old vineyard south and east of Los Angeles.

Coming from a 100+ year old vineyard that has always been organic and dry farmed; fermented whole cluster in open top fermenters, and aged in large old oak barrels; 20 ppm SO2 added before fermentation.

70% Zinfandel, 30% Palomino
