Warm Weather

Shipping wine during the Summer can be very damaging to your products. We offer our free service of holding the wine in a temperature controlled cellar in our stores. Once the weather becomes cooler, we will ship the product.

During this time of extreme warm weather, we are offering the following options after you place your order. All options include cool packs at no additional charge:

1. We can hold your orders in our temperature controlled cellars (Highly Recommended)
2. You can upgrade to a faster shipping method, at an additional cost. Please note that this can still lead to product damage
3. We can go ahead with normal procedures and ship without delay regardless of weather conditions (Not Recommended).

We will continue to hold your order in our climate controlled warehouse until either we hear from you or until we've deemed it safe to ship.
