A & JF Ganevat 'Kopin' blanc, Vin de France NV

Ganevat fashions this cuvée from Chardonnay from Burgundy, Riesling from Alsace, and Savagnin from Jura. Very few vignerons could get away with this, but the result here is inspiring, with its lifted notes of pear and stone fruit.
