The wine is well made and is very satisfying, especially if you are in the search for a more accessible and well-priced Bordeaux-inspired red from sunny Tuscany. The fruit is black and ripe, with baked plum and blackberry. The blend is Syrah, Petit Verdot, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon.
