Carmelo Patti Malbec, Lujan de Cuyo 2019

A rustic Malbec, perhaps inspired by traditional techniques in Southwest France. Only native yeasts are involved with this wine's fermentation and it is aged 12 months in concrete before being transferred to used French oak. The result is a dark brooding style where the spicy oak notes only slightly restrain the boisterous nature of this wine. A wine for a wild, charred steak or slow cooked braise.
