From Raul Bobet's new solo project comes this Ekam with a surprising coupage of Riesling and Albariño. Manual harvest in small boxes of 10 kg of grapes coming only from the farm itself. A percentage of the harvest comes from grapes with noble rot. It has been made in small vats of 25 Hl at low temperature.
