Domaine A.F. Gros "Richebourg" Grand Cru 2018
94 Points Burghound
The cool, elegant, complex and airy aromas of both red and dark currant that are spiked with a variety of floral, spice and wet stone traces. The palate impression of the tautly muscular and much more mineral-inflected broad-shouldered flavors is more refined if less seductive while delivering just a bit more persistence on the balanced finale. This too needs to add depth, but the underlying material appears to be more than up to the job and overall, this seems very promising.
