With its mineral delicacy and perfect concentration, La Tourtine is surprisingly appealing for its age: let's bet it will close down again. Less powerful, more elegant than usual, it testifies to a vinification that took into account the warmth of the vintage to get the best out of a perfectly ripe Mourvèdre, extracted with finesse.
