This dry pinot gris has a wonderfully ripe melon nose with a thread of floral honey running through it, but no hint of the opulence that’s so often associated with those aromas in Alsace. In fact, the wine has a gracefulness that is really delightful. Long finish with fantastic textural complexity. From biodynamically grown grapes with Demeter certification. Drink or hold.
