The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Carbone is another compelling wine from Andy Erickson and Annie Favia's Carbone label. Bright, aromatic and vibrant, the Carbone Cabernet is also a terrific introduction to the vintage. Lifted floral accents and pulsing tannins liven up a core of red/purplish berry fruit.
