Hailing from a single-vineyard cru of 40-year-old Nerello Mascalese vines planted roughly 600 meters above sea level, Fabio Sireci lets the grape run wild in a completely unique environment—far removed from both the volcanic sands of Etna and the maritime heat of the coast.
