The bouquet emanates aromas of brambly raspberry and violets layered with barrel notes of vanilla and toffee. Rich black plum and black cherry are at the forefront of a solid core of fruit that coats the palate, while an underlying minerality of pencil lead compliments the bold, firm texture and full body.
