50% Gelber Traminer, 50% Roter Traminer.
The vines for this blend come from old vines (40+ years) on the East side of the Neuseidlersee lake, and the rest from the West side near the town of Jois. The soils are schist for the most part: mineralic and quite dry. Fermentation is old wooden casks followed by time on the yeast for stabilization, and then finished for another 6 months in the casks.
