Yann Bertrand Fleurie 'Mon P'tit Chéri' 2023

This wine hails from a single parcel called Chaffangeons, which is composed of deep granite soil rich in silt. Yann has farmed this parcel biodynamically since 2015 and alternates soil tillage and controlled natural grassing. After hand harvesting, the grapes undergo cold carbonic maceration for 10 days. Aging lasts for 8 months in 100% vats.
